Play Areas and Picnic sites
We have upgraded our play areas for children over recent years and they are available at our forest parks and some other forests across the country. They include swings, climbing frames, teeter-totters, slides, and lots more. We put our picnic benches close to our play areas, so bring a tea or a coffee and relax while the kids blow off some steam!
But we also have picnic sites in some areas further off the beaten track - at waterfalls, lakes, river banks and forest glades where you can enjoy some quiet time and listen to the sounds of nature!
